Welcome to Fit Front Social (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

CRITICAL: Fit Front Social is a community-based platform for informational and educational purposes only. We are not medical professionals, doctors, or physical therapists.

Consult Your Physician: You must consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in fitness activities and agree to assume all associated risks. Fit Front Social shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property arising from your use of the Platform or participation in suggested fitness activities.

4. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

Fit Front Social is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Users agree not to:

Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech toward other members.

Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

Use the Platform to spam, solicit commercial services, or distribute malware.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violating these standards.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, videos, workout logs, comments) that you post to the Platform. By posting, you grant Fit Front Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our community and mission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Fit Front Social, including branding, logos, website design, and proprietary materials, is the property of Fit Front Social and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit Front Social, its board members, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the preceding six months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Diego, California.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Fit Front Social regarding community fitness updates, event reminders, and account alerts. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message you receive from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Fit Front Social is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ou must be 18 years or older to opt into our SMS messaging program. 12. Messaging policy:

End users can expect the messages about events, updates and reminders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 619-604-6002. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
